Carer ควรรู้อะไรในงานจริง
- เคารพสิทธิ dignity, privacy, choice และ supported decision-making ของผู้สูงอายุ
- ทำงานตาม individualised plan และ scope/delegation ที่ facility กำหนด
- สังเกตและรายงาน change of condition, falls risk, pain, nutrition, hydration, skin integrity และ behavioural change
- เขียน progress note หรือ handover ให้ชัด กระชับ และ factual
- รู้ช่องทาง escalation, incident reporting, complaints และ policy เรื่อง abuse/neglect/harassment
